1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of MOT testing, tyre fitting and air conditioning services provided by RKH Service & Repair (“the Garage”), a family-run business located at KPC Business Centre, Canterbury Road, Ashford, Kent, TN24 0BP. By booking and paying for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment

Booking: Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or via our website.

Payment: Full payment is required at time of booking when completed online. We accept Google pay, Apple pay & credit card payments.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 business hours of the appointment will not be refunded. No-shows or cancellations after the appointment time will not be refunded.

  1. Customer Obligations

Information Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle and any issues it may have.

  1. Garage Obligations

Service Quality: The Garage will perform all services with reasonable skill and care.
Compliance: The Garage will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to MOT testing, tyre fitting and air conditioning services.

  1. Liability

Exclusions: The Garage is not liable for any damage or loss arising from:
Pre-existing faults or issues with the vehicle.
Any delay in service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Limits: The Garage’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

  1. Warranty

Service Warranty: The Garage is unable to offer a warranty on a re-gas as the system may have small leaks which can only be identified by filling the system. The Garage offers a 365-day warranty on parts and labour for other air conditioning services. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect by the customer.

Exclusions: MOT tests do not include any warranty other than the statutory requirements.

  1. Data Protection

The Garage is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  1. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the services provided should be directed to the complaints department who can be reached complaints@rkhserviceandrepair.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints amicably and in a timely manner.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

  1. Amendments

The Garage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
